All Seasons Farm

Cobden, IL

Healthy food with exceptional taste is what we work hard for. We start our plants by hand seeding, using award winning heirloom seed varieties and nothing is genetically modified. Our plants are grown using organic practices in real soil tested annually for nutrient content and healthy living organisms. Our chickens are a part of the family. Free to roam open spaces, they feast happily on grass, organic vegetables, bugs, and no hormone no antibiotic grain feed. You can see and taste the difference! The quality of farm fresh herbs is very different from the costly plastic clamshells in stores. Look for glossy leaves and a strong clean aroma. Fresh herbs add character and beauty to any dish, and the health benefits have been talked about since biblical times! Community Supported Agricultural (CSA) shares are a great way to get local organic produce at an economical price. CSA “members” receive a box of fresh farm products each week for 20 weeks during the summer and/or winter seasons. Select a produce, an egg, or a mushroom share (or all three!) and enjoy the best food of the seasons in Southern Illinois. Our farm is founded on a pledge to regenerate our land using natural organic practices, and to offer to our community foods that we trust to our own family.  As a family farm, we have been exclusively growing certified organic produce since 2011 meeting a local demand for healthy food with exceptional taste and quality. The USDA Organic Label provides an independent certification that our foods have been grown using standards that prohibit the use of chemical pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers and genetically modified seeds which are proven or highly suspected to be hazardous to human and environmental well being. The Organic Label is currently the only food label that provides the consumer with knowledge of how and with what inputs their food has been grown and handled. Midwest Organic Services Association (MOSA) is an independent inspection service which annually reviews and approves our growing plans, seeds, and farm inputs.  In addition, they physically inspect our farm, produce, and packaging to insure that we meet the USDA Standards for Organic Certification.
