Amalfi Heaven Gardens was founded by a group of friends dedicated to sharing their passion with others. Based in Amalfi, we are an active and enthusiastic farmhouse and cooking school with events and activities taking place year-round. We like to keep up the energy and excitement, always welcoming new guests to take part. Simply put, we love getting together to do what we love. Ciao a tutti! I’m Rosa, but everyone calls me Mamma Rosetta. I spent my childhood in the mountains of Agerola above the Amalfi Coast and then on to Amalfi. My children tell me I’m a good “cooker” which makes me laugh a lot and explains about me and what I love doing. I like to experiment with food revisiting it and adding my personal touch. Along the way, I fell in love with the art of pastry and now I spend some time studying it and making cake decorations too. And that's me, Silvio. I was born in Naples and grown up in Amalfi, a land rich in genuine, popular culinary traditions that recall the perfumes and flavors from the mountains, the sea, and the rolling hills. I learned to cook from my grandmother, whom I watched as a child totally transfixed. As she prepared peasant dishes, she would joke with me, give me advice, and reveal the tricks of the trade. I specialize in desserts and I love to prepare them in the relaxation of jolly holidays. Ciao amici! It's Gianluca here. Born and raised on the Amalfi Coast, I learned to cook from my mother and aunt, and refined my culinary skills working in restaurants throughout Southern Italy expanding my repertoire to include an extensive array of regional cuisines. I have my vegetarian girlfriend to thank for getting me to learn how to cook fresh seasonal vegetables and pulses in the most appetizing ways so that even children love them. Hello dear friends and future guests, I'm Angela! I was born and grown up in Ravello, right in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. My passion for good food and traditional regional recipes opened up a world for me of dishes passed down from grandmothers to their children.
